They ask you about your previous experience, if you are technical or not, how you would like to perform in the position you are applying for, if you are a good colleague, your work availability, if you are studying or not, and how you see yourself in the future.

First, they do a phone interview where they talk about the offer and give you an initial salary proposal. If you accept, they coordinate an interview with the area manager and an HR person. If you pass that interview, you finally have one with the manager. Everyone was very friendly, especially the HR person.

You apply online, and if your profile matches a position, a recruiter calls you for a series of questions. If they like you, they'll let you know about a possible group interview, which is held virtually on a single date. You'll be notified a week later and confirmed for the interview. On the day of the group interview, you'll be grouped by project and given a case to solve together. Lastly, there are the pre-employment checks. During the group interview, they mentioned they would notify you on certain days. If you don't hear from them, it means you weren't selected.

Una HRBP me contactó para programar una entrevista, a lo que accedí y me puse a su entera disposición. Realizamos la entrevista y, para continuar, me enviaron un Business Case en inglés. Este consistía en calcular la tasa de rotación (Turnover rate) de un área basándome en un reporte histórico de rotación para su análisis. Me indicaron que tenía 3 días para enviar el informe, el cual debía detallar los insights encontrados y un plan de acción operativo para mejorar los índices. Fue un trabajo extenso para el cual nunca recibí respuesta, a pesar de haber insistido para obtener feedback del proceso. Siento que fue una falta de respeto y me hace pensar que usan esta metodología para obtener información valiosa de los candidatos. Una gran decepción.
