The process was really strict and felt like there were too many interviewers involved. It was weird because different people asked the same questions, and it seemed like they weren't sure what they were supposed to be asking, almost like they were lost in the whole process. The questions they did ask weren't really relevant, and the whole thing just took way too long.

I was first contacted by a recruiter from an agency. Then I had a video call with the hiring manager, and after that, I spoke with four other people. Each of these video calls lasted about 30 minutes. The process was pretty organized, and each person I talked to explained how their job connects with my potential role and shared their thoughts on the company, its product, and the overall culture.

I applied online and heard back for an interview about 1-2 weeks later. First, I had a 30-minute chat with the manager. Then, there was a whole day of short interviews with different team members. After that, I gave a seminar and had a call with the CEO, and then got the offer. The whole thing took about 2-3 weeks. It was a fast and really nice process.

I had many people interview me one after the other via Zoom on the same day. The interviewers were from different levels within the company. They mostly seemed friendly and like people I could work with. They really stressed the importance of interpersonal skills.
