The whole thing took about 2 months and included 4 interviews plus an unpaid DIY case study. A few hiccups with scheduling, like 2 people not showing up on time and needing to be rescheduled a few hours later, but in the end, the job offer was way lower than what the job description seemed to be asking for (Glassdoor said around $80k, they offered $60k).

The interview had 3 rounds. First, an initial call with the manager for the role. Then, there was a case study. Finally, a last call with several people. Everyone was nice and welcoming, and overall it was a good experience.

Technical Case Behavioral
Had a phone interview that was about 30 minutes. Then ten days later, I had an arranged interview. I was asked to finish an Excel case study before the interview date. The second interview was cancelled just over 12 hours before it was supposed to happen because they said they found the candidate they wanted. They didn't reply when I asked for feedback on the Excel task. It felt unprofessional to cancel an interview and give someone the job before interviewing other people. They also didn't give feedback on the task. It seemed like they didn't respect the time candidates took to prepare. It didn't give a good impression of the company's hiring or how they value candidates. Be careful applying here.
