The process was really thorough, fast, and straightforward. The final part was a role-play exercise. I really liked talking to the hiring manager and the rest of the team. It seems like they've done a good job building a great company culture here.

The interview process was a mixed bag. I really enjoyed meeting with the business team and the interview itself, and the company seems good with nice people and culture. However, the recruiters were quite unprofessional. They scheduled times without asking for my availability, took a long time to get back to me after interviews, and threw an offer over the fence without walking me through it or asking about a start date that would work. They also weren't really willing to negotiate on the offer.
