I got a test, it wasn't too hard but the recruiter gave me bad instructions for the second part. The recruiter also told me no one was available for the test that day, then called me back saying it was available. I don't know who was on the phone with me for the test. For this job and pay, it's not worth going through this.

Got contacted by the recruiter on Friday, then had the initial interview on Monday. The language test was on Tuesday, and the results were back by Thursday, so the whole process was super fast, under a week! Unfortunately, I didn't do well on the medical terms part because it was really tough. They didn't provide any study materials like books or glossaries beforehand. In the interview, they gave me 50 words, switching between English and Vietnamese, and I only had 5 seconds to respond. There was absolutely no repeating of the words, which made it hard, especially with potential connection issues or if I couldn't hear clearly, not to mention not having enough time to look anything up. It felt pretty overwhelming. The role-play part was a bit easier, interpreting a conversation between a nurse and a mother about her baby. I did ask for a repeat twice and made sure to pay attention to the conversation's flow and accuracy.
