I applied online and then got a call from HR a few days later who set up the in-person interview for me the next week. When I got there, one of the staff wasn't expecting me, which was odd since I had email confirmation. I didn't hear back after the interview, even when I followed up a bunch. The last two things were my only complaints, as it felt unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I had a phone call with HR at their HQ, where they asked me some general questions about my resume. Then, I went for an in-person interview on-site with the supervisor of the department and the lab director. They also showed me around the facility and told me about the testing they do.
