The interview process was quick, easy, and very personable. Although I didn't get an offer, the experience taught me how to better use my skills in future interviews. Everyone was friendly and encouraging.

I interviewed for the position of Full Stack Developer. It was a really good experience; the company makes you feel valued and has a family like environment. They are truly 'Employee Centric' and will go to any lengths to make you feel comfortable. I interviewed for many companies before getting an offer from Cerkl and I have to say that this was one of my best interview experiences I have had so far. I can't think of any cons.

Behavioral Presentation

Madeline reached out via email saying my resume was seen by a colleague and that I might be a better fit for a different role. I really liked how she communicated, she was super approachable on the phone and it felt like talking to a real person, not just getting generic answers. After our call, she emailed me a timeline for a potential callback and the next steps. Within a few days, I got invited to tour the office, learn about Cerkl, their mission, and future plans, and I met some employees. After HR made their decision, I was offered a 90-minute in-person shadowing session to see Cerkl's work firsthand!

The process involved up to four virtual interviews: an initial recruiter call, a chat with the VP of IT, a team panel interview, and a final CEO interview. I experienced three of these so far, and they were all conversational. The job posting broadly mentioned requirements like familiarity with common JavaScript frameworks and libraries (Vue, Angular, jQuery, React), along with experience in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. The detailed tech stack, IDEs, and other relevant job specifics were only disclosed during the third interview with the team, about a month into the process. So it can take 3-4 weeks to really know if the job is a good fit.
