It was a quick process with a couple of interviews. They asked about me, my experience, and what I can bring to the company. It was simple and direct, not like other places.

The interview process was good. The questions asked related to the job description, the interviewers were respectful of my time, and it took a few meetings to assess my readiness for the role. I'd recommend it.

I went for an interview for the IT Engineer Apprentice position in the spring. They liked my resume and I had an interview with HR, but unfortunately, I didn't get selected to move on. Since I don't have a ton of work experience and I'm pretty new to interviews, I was really nervous. The interviewer was really nice though, and sent me a couple of long emails afterwards with feedback on how I did, some certifications I should look into, and general advice for future interviews, plus some encouraging words. I was grateful for the chance to interview and I'm hoping to apply again next spring. This is a pretty unique program that Cerium offers, and it seems like a great way for people to get into the tech industry.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I spoke with 5 people through calls or in-person meetings, including three trips to their office. They've experienced a lot of turnover and have been disappointed in the past. Their hiring process is disorganized and they can't make a decision. The VP said it was his decision, but then deferred to the President, who he seemed afraid of. I got frustrated because I'm here to drive revenue, not keep jumping through hoops or dealing with their flawed hiring process. It didn't seem like a company I'd want to work for, so I withdrew.
