Had an HR phone screen where I spoke with their Talent Acquisition specialist. It was a standard screening conversation. The TA person was friendly, but didn't give super clear info about what happens next. I thought I had moved on to the next stage, but I didn't hear anything back until after the time they said I would.

Behavioral Technical

I had a prescreen where they walked through my resume and asked about my interest in the career path. They wanted to know why I applied and then we finished with Q/A. It was very polite and straight forward, no technical or behavioral questions. We also discussed the summer experience and who I'll be interacting with.

Behavioral Technical

First I had an initial chat with the company recruiter, which was nice. Then, I interviewed with two wealth advisors over Zoom. That was not a good experience. They didn't focus on my experience or what the job would entail. Instead, they spent 20 minutes asking me why I left my last job. They thought it was a red flag that I would look for a new job while still employed. They also insinuated that since I have a young child, my work hours would be from 5 am to 6 pm. I never heard back after that.
