Custodian
I really enjoyed this interview experience. Last year, I spent two months working in summer school in Ceres, and it was a great environment. I worked with fantastic people who were very supportive, which is important when you're working with others and want to feel valued, not mistreated.

It is 10 minutes long and sometimes they'll ask the same questions from the first interview. They will ask about 5-7 questions. Most communication is through email. Teacher
I applied on EDJOIN.org and then got contacted for an interview. The interview itself went really well, it was with the principal and two other staff members. They let me know later that day or the next that they wanted to offer me the job, and I accepted! So I got hired.
- Can you tell me about your specifics in lesson planning?
