The interview process was pretty fast, setting up an interview within about 3 days of talking to the internal recruiter. But after getting an offer, I had to wait at least 4 weeks for them to get the funds sorted and give me a start date, which was super stressful since that should've been done before the interview. Later on, the recruiter did start sharing more info which helped ease my worries.

I was reached out by a recruiter on LinkedIn and set up an interview pretty quickly, within two days. The whole thing felt very professional and went well. They extended an offer, but it was initially a contract position. Since I was really hoping for something permanent, the recruiter listened to my concerns and talked to higher-ups about finding a permanent spot. They got the go-ahead in just three days and offered me a permanent job. The onboarding was a breeze and wrapped up in under ten days.

So I applied for a role, and they were like, that position isn't needed anymore. Then they proposed another similar role, but the interviewer ghosted me. They came back with yet another role and a different team. I talked to them and they seemed cool. Then, the back and forth started. After a couple weeks, I asked the recruiter for an update, and they told me to wait a week. Every time I asked them for news, they'd say 'next week we'll let you know.' This went on for over 2 months. I was super frustrated and asked them one last time for a proper answer. The recruiter then told me the Job Description had changed and I wasn't a good fit anymore. Absolutely appalling. They will string you along and lie through their teeth as long as they need to. I recommend staying away. FYI, they only hire on 12-18 month contracts.

I applied for the role through an employee referral. The response was pretty slow. The first interviews went well. In the last one, they told me they'd reach out in 2 days about the final interview, but never did. I followed up, and they said they were still sorting things out for the role and I needed to wait longer. Ultimately, they ghosted me and I haven't heard back.
