The interview process went pretty fast and wasn't super tough. There were a few chats and then a case study that needed some solid prep. Overall, it felt fair, and I liked that they were quicker than usual for this kind of thing.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a 4-stage interview process. Started with a recruiter call, then an interview with the Hiring Manager. After that, there was a take-home written assessment where I had to write a PR-FAQ. The final round had interviews with 3 people: 2 PMs and 1 Head of Design. The people were nice, but I'd think twice before interviewing here. It took up a lot of time, and then there was silence at the end. Maybe it's because the company is under investigation. When I asked about it, everyone blamed the press and said they're doing well. That didn't convince me, and I guess I dodged a bullet.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • As a Product Manager for Cerebral, tasked with driving patient retention, prepare a PR-FAQ and an internal memo detailing your approach. The PR-FAQ should be a one-pager, and the internal memo another one-pager, to be presented as a 2-page document.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process included a call with the Hiring Manager, a culture interview, and a take-home exercise with a presentation. It was pretty quick compared to other companies. The recruiting and hiring teams were responsive and even gave out their contact info for follow-up questions, especially for the take-home part. Everyone I spoke with was open and answered my questions.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you describe your product management approach?
  • Tell me about your background and experience.
  • For the take-home exercise, outline your strategy for developing a new product vertical, including the steps you'd take for product management pre, during, and post-launch.
