I found the interview process both pleasant and thorough, striking a perfect balance between professionalism and approachability. It felt as though the interviewer genuinely wanted to get to know me, understand my aspirations, and explore how my skills and values could align with the organisation’s goals.

The interview process was easy and felt very personal. They seemed more interested in getting to know me as a person and whether they'd feel comfortable with me caring for them, rather than solely focusing on my experience. The interviewer was nice and helped me feel relaxed. I found out the same day if I got the job.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The interview process was really long and I felt like I was treated with zero respect. It had five rounds, covering the key roles I'd be working with, and then a final one with the CPO. After I spent two weeks prepping for everything, they sent an automated rejection email with no real feedback. It basically said my profile wasn't being moved forward, which is what you'd expect in the first stage. I don't think they should have handled it like that, and honestly, I'm glad I didn't get an offer because it shows how the company operates. I wouldn't recommend Cera if you're looking for a fair interview.

Started with a really nice and friendly recruiter call, felt super comfortable. Got a rejection email the next day, but then HR called in the afternoon to say it was a mistake and they wanted me to proceed to the second interview. The second interview was online with two people, and it was competency-based. They gave me feedback a week later. Then I had a third interview, also online, with four people for about 30 minutes. This was competency-based too, and since the role is tech-related, they asked me some questions about investment and capex. I felt this last one went pretty well because the panel was easy to talk to and made it feel relaxed.
