First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Century Services.
Account Executive
It was a pretty chill interview process. They just wanted to get a sense of who you are. Just be yourself and you'll do fine. They want to make sure you're motivated and aggressive. First, you'll chat with the recruiter, who'll have you read a script, and then an in-person interview with management.
- What makes you want this job?
Sales
They asked me about my previous sales experience. They also asked why I was interested in the role and explained the job expectations. It was a pretty chill interview. Due to COVID-19, the interview was conducted over the phone, but I am now working in the office. Sales is the only department in the office; everyone else is working from home.
- Could you tell me about your sales experience?
- What motivated you to apply to our company?
Administrative Assistant
The interview process was straightforward. I was asked numerous questions. It seemed like a pleasant work environment. Unfortunately, the work hours weren't suitable for me. I ended up accepting a different offer. I'm seeking more of a part-time role, and they currently don't have any openings like that.
- Could you share your career aspirations?
Financial Consultant
It's a 2 to 3 part interview process. The third interview involves an invitation to the office to meet with management. The process is pretty smooth overall, especially if they like you. You can expect it to be completed within about a week.
- What makes you interested in sales, and what aspects of sales excite you?
