First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Century Park Associates.
Director
The interview process felt really unprofessional. One of the main leaders was off camera, and the other one was just bragging about how long they've been there. I didn't ask directly why they have such high turnover, because I already knew the rate and figured role stagnation due to bare minimum company standards was the issue.

Dietary Server
I had one interview with the dietary director. It was laid back and informal and they asked a lot of questions about my work ethic, my experience in the food industry, and my teamworking skills.
- How do you handle working under pressure?
Sales Director
Started with a quick intro phone call, then a zoom chat with the regional director, and finished with an in-person meeting with the executive director at the site. It was pretty chill though since I was already with the company and moving up, plus I'd already been assisting someone in this exact role.
- What are your learning goals for this position?
Concierge
It was a straightforward in-person interview. They gave me an immediate answer and offer of employment with an immediate start date. After that, there was employee orientation. The staff was personable, the benefits are great, and it's a caring company with friendly residents. The job duties are reasonable, and the company offers great rewards and incentives for longevity.
