The interview process was pretty in-depth and comprehensive. It started with a 45 minute phone screening with the recruiter, then a one hour video interview with the regional VP of sales, an one hour in person meeting with the regional VP of sales and finally a 45 minute interview with the national VP of sales. Everyone I talked with was very nice and I enjoyed the process. There were alot of questions about your sales background, how you manage priorities, overcome objections, etc.. I ended up declining the offer for another position with better hours/work-life balance.

It was a fair and insightful interview where they asked good questions about my experience and how I fit the role. They also covered all the job responsibilities, company info, and performance expectations. Plus, they threw in some hypothetical situations and asked for my ideas on contingency plans.
