I put in my application online via Indeed. Filling out the application on the Centurion portal was a bit tricky, but the actual interview part was really thorough and went smoothly. I felt respected and like they saw me as an equal during the interviews.

I had an initial phone screening, then a teams video call with the medical supervisor for the facility. The questions asked during the interview seemed mostly unrelated to the job. The interviewer made it seem like I would be getting an offer, but then I heard nothing for two weeks. I had to email the recruiter for them to send an email stating they would go with another candidate. It felt like a genuine waste of my time and was pretty unethical.

Behavioral Other

It was a short, in-person interview that felt unprofessional. I interviewed for ECF and they only wanted to offer weekend hours for a split shift. Then I interviewed at Sedgwick county jail. One of the therapists seemed like a bully and interrupted the interview. The interviewer seemed frustrated that the team couldn't get along. The interview took a bad turn when she asked a strange question about dealing with a coworker's inappropriate behavior of leaving undergarments on another staff member's desk, and I guess I didn't answer it right.

It was a formal and driven interview process. The regional team seemed really connected and aware of what's happening in the company, with strong communication across the facilities. I think I would have really enjoyed working with them, but unfortunately, I wasn't selected.
