I was contacted for an interview on the 10th. I confirmed my interest and let them know Thursday the 12th would work. The next day, the recruiter asked if I could do it that same day. I agreed, got ready, and waited, but heard nothing. On the 12th, I messaged to confirm, and again, no response. It wasn't until the 16th that I heard back, with an interview set for the 17th. We finally had the interview that day. It felt very rushed, like the recruiter just wanted to get it over with. I asked about feedback on the same day, but it's the 24th now and I still haven't heard anything, even though they said they'd be available for questions. I think the company could be more considerate of candidates. Just because we're looking for a job doesn't mean our time is unlimited. This disorganization and poor communication really messed up my schedule and even prevented me from scheduling other interviews.

A in-person class to be given in 15 minutes, without interruptions about the subject of the discipline. A lesson plan is requested to be brought printed and with the class conduction. It is also requested to bring the Lattes curriculum for follow-up. Then, an interview follows accompanied by coordination and two other professors with questions about your trajectory and problem situations.

The interview for the young apprentice position is relaxed, it's an informal chat focused on understanding the candidate's skills (which aren't necessarily requirements) and personality. There's nothing to be afraid of, they value proactivity and a willingness to learn. It's important to maintain cordiality and talk about yourself, but know how to pace yourself and what to say.

The interview process was conducted on the Gupy platform, which is widely used by many companies. It involved an online behavior test followed by an interview. The process was straightforward and didn't have many stages. However, the position was ultimately canceled during the hiring process. Notifications about the process status were sent.
