The role involves managing chronic conditions remotely, documenting patient interactions in their charts, and conducting monthly phone check-ins. The company uses scripted calls for this. The interview process felt longer than necessary. Candidates are expected to provide their own equipment, and training is limited to one week, so a fast learning curve is essential.

Behavioral

The interview process was not well-defined, with no structured training provided. Management was perceived as unprofessional, rude, and unsupportive. The company's physical workspace was inadequate, described as a small apartment in a residential building with cramped workstations and restrooms, unsuitable for full-time work. The location on the 10th floor led to long waits for a slow elevator, and using the stairs upon exit was tiring due to the high employee volume. Technical issues, like computer screen problems, had a slow resolution time of 4-5 days from the IT department. A designated smoking area raised significant security and hygiene concerns, being consistently smelly, dusty, greasy, and disgusting. Employees were reportedly pressured to use fake American names and personas. Surveillance cameras were present but not utilized for theft investigations, with blame falling on employees for their belongings. The overall environment was chaotic, likened to a circus, with a small break area crowded by facility staff, forcing employees to eat standing up. The CEO's weekly meetings lacked business acumen, and the company's climate control was insufficient, with small, non-functional air conditioning units. Vending machines were unreliable, often stealing money. The company encouraged work-from-home, possibly due to these issues. There was no formal training module, requiring self-study of product knowledge, and trainers lacked efficiency and knowledge. National holidays were not paid double, only compensated with annual leave. Employee concerns or struggles were reportedly ignored.

They have an open-door policy and are very upfront and open to hiring newer people with minimal sales or call service experience. The staff is friendly and fun-loving. The building is very nice, and people dress business casual and business professional. They value God in all they do, but it's not required to be an active churchgoer. They're really looking for people with fun and positive attitudes because sales and telemarketing can be stressful.

I had a recruiter call first to set up the interview, then an HR interview where we talked about my previous work. After that, the team leader did a technical interview covering C#, .NET framework, OOP, and ASP.NET, and then I had a programming task.
