Behavioral Technical

RH contacted me by phone, and then I had a technical interview. They asked a lot about my resume, more than I could actually do. One interviewer was more direct and technical, the other just asked resume-based questions, sometimes focusing on unnecessary things (like, where was this company you worked at located?). I was taken aback but continued normally. I think others might have had better experiences, but it wasn't my day.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The interview had 2 steps. First, a general recruiter call, likely for screening. Then, a technical interview with two more senior engineers. This was very technical, without coding, focusing more on abstract software engineering concepts and topics usually covered in college, to see if you actually studied or just memorized. They then showed code for a PR review, and asked you to talk about a hobby, routine, or similar in English for about 2 minutes, as they said they talk to clients daily via video call.

Behavioral Technical

I had two interviews, one with the head of the area and another with the talent attraction team. They made me feel super comfortable, it was more like a conversation, light and dynamic. They wanted to know more about me, based on what they saw on my resume and the technical challenge (which was before this interview).

First step was the technical test. Second step was the interview with HR. Third step was the technical interview. Fourth step was receiving the offer. Simple, fast, and agile process. Presentation of the company's values and culture. The incentive for technological advancement, as well as the need for procedural renewal, guarantees the contribution of an important group in determining the flow of information. However, we cannot forget that the growing influence of the media points to the improvement of development guidelines for the future. At the organizational level, the constant dissemination of information can lead us to consider restructuring departmental motivation levels.
