The interview process consisted of two initial screener interviews with HR representatives. Following that, there were two technical interviews. The first technical interview was with someone at the Senior Manager level, and the second was with an MD. All the interviews were conversational in nature. However, the interview with the MD involved a comprehensive set of technical questions.

I interviewed a few years ago and had some phone calls with standard interview questions. I drove from college to Philadelphia for an in-person interview on very short notice. When I arrived, the scheduled interviewer was unavailable, so someone else stepped in. It was a typical interview with one or two behavioral questions. The next day, I was asked if I could speak with the managing partner. He never called, so I followed up and was told to expect a call the next day. He still didn't call, so I followed up again and received no response. I followed up a third time and still got nothing. This really frustrated me. I understand not getting the job, but I wish they'd had the courtesy to communicate that instead of leaving me hanging. It was very unprofessional and classless. I was also bothered that they kept making it seem like the head of the firm was going to call me, leading me on, and then he never did. Honestly, I'm glad I didn't get the job because that's not the kind of person or company I want to work for. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this firm.

There were about 3 to 4 rounds in the interview process. It started with a screening, then a technical interview, and finally a team fit interview. Honestly, it wasn't that difficult. The hardest part turned out to be the salary negotiation, which was ironic because people inside the company told me to negotiate, but then when I got the offer, they said I couldn't.

Phone screen.. lady got my hopes high 1st interview - met with 3 people individually on separate time slots. Hour and a half. Met 2 people whom were nice and knowledgeable, but hopped on to meet third person which was VP and she never joined the call. Never apologized. Just ghosted.
