The process was quite straightforward, and I really enjoyed it, making it my favorite internship experience to date. The workplace is well-organized and moves at a good pace, so I didn't feel any pressure during the interview. The people were very human. I would definitely recommend it.

It started with a phone interview, and then I had an on-site meeting with two managers and an HR representative. The on-site was about an hour long and included questions and some role-playing.

I had an interview with 3 employees of a researcher from the research center who were very unprofessional. They were making up questions on the spot and seemed like they were interviewing me just to waste my time and laugh at me (one was trying not to laugh while asking questions). I'm glad I went anyway because I had already secured a much better job. Of course, after making me come all the way there, waste my time, and even intimidate me a bit, they ghosted me (didn't give any updates even if I wasn't selected, which I think is extremely disrespectful for someone who took a day off and traveled to meet these witches). I almost want to expose their names because they shouldn't be conducting interviews or at least should get rigorous training on proper etiquette. Typical miserable people on a power trip.

It was a pretty straightforward and fair hiring process. I had a couple of interviews where they asked typical questions and some real-world scenarios. The interviews were conducted entirely in French. The people I met were very professional and provided prompt feedback throughout the hiring stages. I'd definitely recommend applying for any communication roles they have open.
