First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Centre College.
Vice President for Academic Affairs

- How would you build teams to accomplish tasks?
Admissions

The following week, I was in Danville and the College paid for my flight and lodging for the entire stay. The night before, I met potential coworkers. The next day, I toured the College, saw those same coworkers again for a group interview, and then met with my boss to go over the opportunities related to this job.

Resident Assistant
They want you to go through your personal goals and explain why you'd be a good fit. Basically, just be yourself. Be honest about why you want to be an RA. You'll have to explain what you'd do in some scenarios, but otherwise, just be natural.
- What motivates you to seek this Resident Assistant position?
Graphic Designer and Communications Specialist
I applied with my portfolio and resume, and then interviewed with Kurt Maloy for this pretty competitive role. We talked about my skills in the Adobe Suite and how comfortable I am with Google Drive and its tools.
