Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process had a number of stages. The HR team was really good at communicating throughout. They set up meetings with other people and kept me updated on what was next. They gave me lots of useful details like who I'd meet, what the interview was about, and directions. Company culture and your alignment with the mission are important and came up a few times.

Behavioral Presentation

They had plenty of rounds of interviews. First was with recruiter, second is back to back interviews with the managers of the CSL team and then next is a project, followed by one final interview. I made it until the final interview. When getting my rejection email, I was pretty disappointed, it was very generic and after putting in so much work in interviews and the project, it felt frustrating. I asked for further clarity and feedback for my own personal growth and of course no one ever replied. I really thought the interviews went really well and I got positive feedback during all of them, I also thought the project went pretty ok, but would love to know what could have been improved or what they are looking for that I did not show. Really wish they would have communicated better, I was REALLY interested in this company and really wanted to be a part of this team and learn and bring my expertise to the table.

Behavioral Technical Case Other

The interview process was super clear from the get-go and took exactly three weeks from my online application to the offer. It went like this: First, a 30-minute call with the recruiter. Then, a 30-minute Zoom chat with the department manager and director. After that, I had an Excel exercise to do offline and send back in a couple of days. Next, another 30-minute Zoom interview with a different director. Then, I had to complete a third-party personality assessment within a couple of days. Finally, there was a 30-minute Zoom call with the Manager of Global Workplace & Employee Experience. Even though it sounds like a lot, each chat was brief and to the point, with plenty of time for my questions. This setup helped me see if CentralReach was a good fit for me, and for them to see if I was a good fit for the role. They were really transparent about everything, so I always knew what was coming next. Excited to join the team soon!
