So, first they had me do a couple timed exercises. I was a bit nervous but they were actually pretty easy. After that, the HR person took me to their office for the interview, and they were really good at making me feel comfortable. Then, I met with the Customer Service Manager who walked me through what the job would be like day-to-day and I got to ask them questions. It's a really thorough process, which is cool because it shows they really think about where each person fits best.

Behavioral Other

The interview put way too much focus on a personality test, and they didn't really care about my years of experience. They tried to put me in a specific box even when things didn't line up. My skills weren't considered, and they seemed set on placing someone who was the opposite of what my resume showed.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a pretty corporate interview, lasting about 2-2.5 hours. First, there was a timed 20-minute essay with 3 questions, which was easy. Then, there seemed to be a test to check for dyslexia. After that, I met with HR, and I had to be prepared to talk about every little detail on my resume. They asked about my parents, old coworkers, references, and what my spouse does for a living. If they liked me, I moved on to another interview with the supervisor.
