The interview process felt a bit unclear as to what they were seeking. I was primarily asked questions directly related to the information presented on my resume. I'm not entirely sure if they have a clear understanding of the qualities they should be looking for in a candidate.

I applied for the job and got a call from someone in the department about two days later for an interview. After the interview, it took three weeks to hear back about not getting the position. The interviewer was nice, but it was just her and I thought there'd be another person from the department or HR there.

The interview process involved a phone call, followed by an on-site interview. It seemed like a pretty standard process. The only thing that should have made me reconsider this job was when they sent me the offer letter. It was actually for a different candidate who was hired at the same time, and it contained her personal information, salary, and welcome packet. They made a pretty big mistake there.
