There were at least two interviews, and the whole hiring thing took about 4-5 weeks. I talked to the hiring manager and some department managers. The training they provide is paid and really helpful.

I sent my resume on Indeed and heard back within a week for an interview. Right off the bat, I was told the salary is $38,000 and asked if I wanted to continue. I was hesitant but said yes. The interviewer seemed to be reading questions from a paper and checking boxes, not really looking at my resume. The interview was informal, under 20 minutes, and I had time to ask questions. I learned the caseload is over 50 clients and the work involves home visits and meeting in public places, which sounded like a recipe for burnout. They said I'd hear back in three days, but it took a month. While it wasn't the best fit for me, I can't recommend this job because of the burnout and low salary.

The interview went pretty well and the interviewer was super chill. I didn't end up getting the job though. They told me I'd hear back the next week, so I sent a thank you email a couple days later. Two weeks passed and then I still didn't hear anything. I sent another follow-up email and nothing. I was pretty surprised by how I was dismissed. I get it if they didn't think I was a good fit, but to just ghost a candidate is really unprofessional.
