It was a pretty standard interview process. They mostly asked common questions about why I was interested in the company, my suitability for the role, and my future career goals. There were also behavioral questions. Just a heads-up, they don't seem to update candidates they don't select, so expect to be ghosted rather than getting a rejection.

I had a great phone interview and was invited for an in-person interview before the call even ended. The hiring manager mentioned a follow-up with proposed dates. However, about five weeks went by without any communication. I followed up twice during that time. I finally got a response after two more weeks with apologies and a confirmation they still wanted to see me in person. More time passed, then I finally received a proposed date, but it didn't work with my schedule, so I suggested an alternative. Again, radio silence. I ended up taking another job. I'm not sure if the position is filled or on hold, or what their plan is. I'm just really surprised and disappointed; it was an unprofessional way to treat a candidate and it raises a red flag about how it might be to work there.

I sent in my application online. About 10 days later, I got a phone call for a phone screen interview. After that, they asked if I could come in for an in-person interview. My first interview was at the main branch with HR. Then, I had to complete an online typing assessment. Two days after that, I heard from the branch manager of the location I applied to and scheduled an interview. It was two interviews on the same day, first with the assistant manager and then with the main manager. The following week, I was offered the job.
