The interview went pretty well overall. The people interviewing me were nice and easy to talk to, and the conversation felt pretty relaxed. They mostly asked about my customer service background, and it didn't feel stressful or scary at all.

The whole process was pretty smooth, recruiters got back to me quickly. It was a 3 stage process: first a phone screen with a recruiter, then a Teams call with the hiring manager, and finally an in-person panel interview with the team. I got an offer letter within just a few days.

I sent in an application and got a call back pretty quickly, within two days. First, I met with someone from HR and we did some paperwork in the Heartfelt Gifts waiting area. That took about 10 minutes. After that, the HR person and I interviewed with the Director of Nursing. That part was short, under 15 minutes. Then, the HR person and I headed to the Lab where I did a urinalysis test. They said they'd call within 24 hours to let me know if I passed and got the job. And they did call back within that time and offered me the position! After that, there's orientation where you do more paperwork, get your manitou and a flu shot, take a tour, and get your training schedule. Then you're all set!

The process was slow, took two weeks to get a callback for the interview. I had a virtual interview with the two managers for the unit. They started by going over the details of the job I applied for. It felt like a good conversation and ended with some scenario questions.
