Applied via email in November. Interview process included a recruiter screen, then a manager screen, followed by a paired interview. The paired interview involved general behavioral questions and tech trivia. After this, I was ghosted for a month. I eventually confirmed they were passing on my application via email. It's disappointing they didn't have the professionalism to send an email or call to let me know.

I had a good interview and heard back via email about the job. But, less than a day later, I got an automated email saying I was no longer being considered. I figured it was a mistake because we talked about the schedule during the interview and I said it was fine. However, I've tried reaching out to the interviewer by email and phone, and haven't heard back.

Case Presentation Behavioral

So, there were like 4 interview rounds, and it finished with a case study. Everyone I met was nice, but the whole process just really frustrated me. It took ages to get interviews scheduled, like I even started doubting if they were gonna happen. And then during each round, I had barely any time. After spending HOURS on a case study and then presenting it, I just got a generic rejection email. No feedback, and it felt like it was just copied and pasted. I get that hiring is hard, but I felt really disrespected, like my time and effort wasn't even noticed. It says a lot about the company culture to me, and I won't be applying for anything else here or telling friends to.

Presentation Case Behavioral

It was a multi-stage interview process that included a case presentation and was conducted virtually. The first stage involved submitting recorded videos to the recruiter. The second stage was a formal presentation, and the third stage was another panel interview with executives. Honestly, I didn't think the role warranted such a thorough vetting process.
