So first there was like a screening interview, if you pass that, then you go to a phone interview. After that, it's an in-person interview. If you pass HR in the in-person, they put you in contact with IT for a technical interview.

My relative works there so I got referred. I still had to apply online and then they called me. After that I met with the interviewer. The interview was about 40 minutes long. They asked me technical questions and also questions about cultural fit. The interviewer was really vague about future career advancement and salary, so you really don't know if you can move up in your career there.

The interview was pretty chill. They really want someone who puts customers first and is eager to learn. I met with two managers on the same day for separate chats. They were good about getting back to me quickly after.
