Behavioral

It was a quick but good and welcoming interview process. They told me where I stood with the job right away and shared all the company benefits. They actually tried to get me excited about the job, instead of me having to convince them. I felt comfortable immediately. It was one of the first interviews where I didn't feel stressed or pressured. We just clicked.

The interview process was good, they asked basic questions and pretty much told me right then and there that I was hired. They just needed to confirm with higher management. The interviewer asked about 10 questions. After I answered each question, they looked at me like they weren't listening, didn't care, or were expecting more.

I applied online and got a call back the next day. I interviewed and got the job offer within 10 days. The interview was about an hour long and was a group panel with HR, the Regional Manager, and the Community Manager.

The interview process was pretty standard and wasn't too long, which was a plus. Most of the questions were pretty common, though a few were new to me. Overall, I enjoyed the interview experience.
