Member Service Representative
Applied online, got a call back, then had a zoom interview. They talked about the company's history and the job details, and then I got an offer. I started the next week.
- Can you describe your past experiences and how they align with the responsibilities of this position?
Claim Reviewer
The interview process was smooth. They asked about my basic qualifications and my experience with Excel and claims. They also asked if I have experience with SQL and if I can work in a team setting. Finally, they asked about my salary expectations.
- Regarding your experience, do you have claims experience?
- Could you elaborate on the kind of experience you possess?
- Do you have experience handling claims?
Grievance and Appeal Coordinator
I applied online and the whole thing took a little over a week. I met two people from different departments. Both seemed like they were just going through the motions, especially the second interviewer who mentioned she had to rush off to a meeting. Because of that, our chat felt rushed and not as thorough as it could have been. It didn't give me a good vibe about the company. I'm guessing they either already had someone internal they were promoting and just needed to interview outsiders for show, or they're just not very organized.
- What's your motivation for wanting to join this company?
Manager
The interview process was very pleasant. It spanned two days and involved moving up the chain of command through a series of interviews. The atmosphere was great, and they took the time to answer my questions and explain their business model and future plans. It was a bit unclear at times where to go next and who I would be speaking with, but overall, it was a very positive experience.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience?
- How would you describe your management style?
- What is your education?
