First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Centers Health Care.
Nurse Manager
Fulton Center has a great new management team. I found one of their online ads and filled out an application on their career site. An in-house recruiter called me to discuss my ideal shifts and to schedule an interview. They gave me an exact address and I found the place right away. The Director of Nursing met with me for an interview. Once she was satisfied, she called in the administrator for his final approval. We agreed upon a start date and set a time for the HR person to contact me. HR called and we set up direct deposit for my paycheck and ironed out all the other details in a simple phone call. I'm happy to be a part of the amazing new leadership team!

EHR/Tech Support
Applied online and heard back in a couple days. The PM I spoke to was friendly, but the phone call was super short. Got invited for an in-person interview the next week. The Chief Clinical Officer interviewed me and was REALLY patronizing and rigid. The questions were shallow and didn't really relate to the job. Seems like they only hire people who "look" like they fit the culture. No wonder the job's been open for 4+ months. The other staff I met were nice, but the organization feels like it has a strict hierarchy. You should really research this place thoroughly before applying.
- What are your career aspirations?
Assistant
I applied and the Director of the facility reached out to schedule an interview quickly. I went in the next day, and he soon called me back to meet the person I'd be assisting. I went, even though it was a long drive. She seemed nice. I had another job offer, but I was unemployed and didn't want to commit yet. He called right after with an offer, but I missed it because I had another interview the next day. He called and emailed again, really wanting me for the role with a training program starting the next day. The pay was great, so I accepted. Big regret.
- Tell me why you'd be a great fit for this position.
Director
The company responded quickly and was very flexible with scheduling. The interview was short and focused on job-specific questions. The overall hiring process was very easy. They offer great PTO and benefits. The interview was tailored to the position. While I didn't negotiate, there is room for negotiation.
- Are you goal-oriented?
