The interview process was really efficient and fast! They got back to me quickly and stayed in touch. The interview was online, and I got to ask my own questions too. All in all, it was a good experience.

Training Specialist
It was a phone interview and then three more meetings after that. They were all pretty long and took up a lot of my time. I felt like I had to be available right away because they were moving really fast. It was annoying because once it was clear I wasn't getting the job, I heard absolutely nothing. Like, zero communication. So I'm guessing I'm out. It wasn't very professional, especially since they kept talking about how professional they were. Honestly, by the time we got to that point, I was glad because I was already turned off. That third meeting was just too much and required me to take time off work, which was difficult. Asking for three weeks in a row off work can put people's jobs at risk, so I wasn't feeling it. Interviews are for the candidate too, not just the employer.
- Tell me about how you approach diversity.
- What are your thoughts on the idea that African American women can be challenging to work with?

The interview was pretty standard and went well. They asked some typical questions and a few scenarios, nothing too surprising. I felt good about it and then got a call back a week later on a Wednesday. They said I was a top candidate and would have an update by the middle of the following week. That week passed, and I followed up the next Monday with an email. They got back to me the following Tuesday with a job offer.
- How did you find out about this opportunity, and what makes you want to apply?
- Tell me about a situation where you encountered an angry customer or client.
- Can you explain your method for prioritizing tasks and responsibilities?
Provider Service Coordinator
I was called in for an interview. It seems like a nice place, good location, and nice schedule (M-F, 8-4:30) however the interview was kind of awkward. I felt like they wanted me to ask them the questions. I felt I was leading the interview. Anyway, they said they would let me know either way very soon since they wanted to fill the position right away. Its been almost 3 weeks. The reason I still have hope is because I originally sent an email thanking them for the interview, No response, than about 1 week later I sent an email asking if the position had been filled, and almost 3 weeks later, "today" they sent me back an email saying they are doing more interviews for this 1 position to fill this week. So they are still stringing along. So...Hopefully the wait will be worth it. It seems like a very nice place to work if you can just get your foot in the door.
- They asked me every question imaginable!
