The interview process involved panel video interviews with different departments. Some departments explained their projects, though I was mostly familiar with this from my research. Initial questions focused on my background, like my resume and essay, and general introductions. Most questions were behavioral, asking about handling criticism or past experiences. There were also some technical questions, such as how to do a cost-effectiveness analysis. Time was allocated for my questions at the end.
