I was contacted for this role through my university. The interview consisted of only behavioral questions and was conducted by two current associate engineers. It was more of a direct question-and-answer format rather than a conversational style I've encountered in other interviews.

I applied for this job through my university's career services for an on-campus interview. The first interview was with two CenterPoint Energy engineers, and they asked both technical (basic) and behavioral/scenario-based questions. After that, I was invited for a second-round interview at their Houston office.
