Electrical Engineer
I had a digital interview via Hirevue after getting an email back within a week. It had five questions mostly about my past work/school experience, especially regarding how well I work with customers or in group settings. I didn't hear back from the recruiter even after two months, despite leaving emails and voicemails.

I talked with a recruiter at a career fair on campus about my background and my understanding of the company. A week later, I had a digital interview. Three weeks after that, I got a phone call asking if I was still interested and offering me the job. I received the offer letter after the phone call.
- What would you do in a given situation?
- How do you ensure you complete your tasks on time?
- Can you provide examples from your life that demonstrate integrity, accountability, and respect?
Electrical Engineer
I talked with a recruiter at a college fair, and then I got a digital interview request. The interview had mainly behavioral questions, and a couple that asked about my experiences. I got an offer by phone call a month later. It's a great learning experience and I'd totally recommend it if you're just starting out.
- How do you handle team conflict?
- Describe a time you innovated to solve a problem, drawing on your experience.
