First there was a phone screening. After that, I went in person twice for interviews with managers and directors. It was pretty easy, mostly just talking about my experience in the justice field. I also got to ask questions about what the day-to-day work is like.

I was contacted for an interview about a month after I applied. The first interview was a one-on-one with the supervisor. The second interview was about two weeks later with the supervisor and two other higher-ups. The final step would have been a third interview.
