The interview process was pretty standard in terms of what they wanted to know. But, I wasn't happy about having to do a written test and a one-way interview before even talking to anyone at CGD. About a week after I sent both in, they told me they hired someone else.

I interviewed with my potential supervisor and the person I would be taking over for. They were very upfront about everything, and it was a really positive experience. I got to chat with the person leaving the role privately to ask them things without the hiring managers there.
