The interview process was comprehensive from start to finish. It included a standard screening interview, followed by a panel interview with the hiring manager, key management staff, and legal team members. Additionally, there were two separate one-on-one interviews with the hiring manager and another non-HR manager. A writing exercise was also a required part of the assessment.

After applying online, I was quickly contacted by the recruiter via email to set up an initial phone interview. The phone screen was very informative and went well. We then scheduled an interview with the hiring manager, which was conducted over Google Meet and went extremely well. The hiring manager was transparent about expectations for the role and allocated ample time for my questions. Finally, I had a panel interview, which, like the previous rounds, also went very smoothly. After submitting my references, I received an offer soon after. The recruiter was fantastic throughout the process, handling all scheduling and communication. An interview tips sheet was provided before each round, which was helpful. Overall, it was a very smooth and efficient process.

I went through a phone screen, then an assignment, followed by a hiring manager interview, and a panel discussion. After that, they checked my references. I wasn't picked for the role though. It was a lot of work on my end and also around the holidays. It would have been really tough if I didn't get what's going on in the industry and space right now. Wishing the CEO the best. For job seekers out there, keep in mind the Nonprofit sector is changing a lot regarding DEI and is now focusing on hiring skilled people affected by these issues. Bring this up a lot and keep pushing to get into positions and have your voices heard since leadership impacted by these issues is declining. Good luck!

So the interview process usually goes like this: First, you should really know the job, what it needs, and what the company is like. Then, it's good to have a set list of questions to check your skills, what you've done, and if you fit in. We like to mix up questions, like asking about stuff you've done, or how you'd handle things, to see different sides of you. You should also get chances to ask your own questions so you can learn about us too. We try to get back to you pretty quick about what's next. Usually, there's more than one interview with different people so everyone gets a say. We make sure to have clear ways to judge everyone fairly based on the job. And overall, we want it to be a good experience for you, with clear instructions and a smooth process.
