I spoke with two program directors over Zoom. We went over the role and they asked me about my background and some situational questions. Afterwards, one of the directors sent me some other job descriptions that she thought would be a good fit. She then called me to talk about which job I liked best and gave me a verbal offer.

The interview process was laid back and straightforward, with no surprises. It wasn't overly difficult and really depended on the manager you interviewed with. I was interviewing for a management position, and it was very direct. They told me about the staff and the individuals, and I met the individuals to observe their real needs and care.
