The interview process was quite good and fair. It was an encouraging experience. The interviewers really pushed us to answer more questions and had great interactions with the team, which was impressive. There were about 5 interviewers, and each asked 2 questions.

If you pass the initial screening, you'll get called for a written interview. If you do well, you'll move on to a second round where you'll either have a face-to-face interview or a video call with some panelists.

First, we did online aptitude tests with math, English grammar, and current affairs questions. Then, there were oral interviews over VoIP to check confidence, attitude, and personal traits. Finally, there was online induction and training due to lockdown, followed by being posted to a duty station.

The interview process will focus on the agricultural sector. You'll need to know how to handle customers in agriculture and about the bank sales targeted at the agricultural sector.
