It was a standard interview process. I completed a take-home assignment and then had an in-person interview. I passed all the interviews and the recruiter indicated an offer was being prepared. However, the finance team did not approve it, so I didn't receive an offer in the end.

I had a first interview with someone from HR who was remote, and then I met with someone locally who does the same job I'm applying for. They were both really nice and the interviews felt pretty laid-back. The first one was basically a check to see if I was a fit, and the second one got into more detailed questions.

So I had 2 in depth interviews. First one was with a recruiter on the phone. The second was a video interview with two managers. I did both of them, and honestly it was a COMPLETE WASTE of my time. I haven't heard anything since the second interview, even though they said they'd be in touch quickly. I sent two follow up emails and still NO RESPONSE. It's really unprofessional in my opinion and I'm mad I wasted my time.

First there was a phone screening, then an in-person 3 hour casual interview where I met with multiple levels of the org. After that, I did a pre-prepared case study with the VP and then answered a series of typical follow-up questions. Finally, there was a follow-up phone interview with the folks who are off site.
