I went through 5 interviews, plus an assessment test before the interviews started. The first interview was about 15 minutes. Then I did an assessment test. After that, my second interview was with the recruiting director. Then I met the CFO, then the VP of Finance, and the last interview was with the CEO.

I went through several interviews with sales leaders, including top BDRs, Account Executives, and Sales Directors. To get to the final stage, I had a meeting with Kory Wagner, Director of Business Development. He seemed great and someone I'd like to work for.

The whole process was pretty smooth. I first thought it would be several rounds, but the director and manager I met with first talked for over an hour about their process and what they needed. I felt good sharing my recommendations since my fundamentals were strong. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. Then, I spoke with the CEO for about 25 minutes. They asked more general questions about my interests and career goals, which was great because the CEO was really welcoming. By the time I got back to Boston, I had already received an offer, so it was a fast and pleasant process.

I spoke with a recruiter, but ultimately we couldn't reach a deal with Centage. The interview itself was solid though. They skipped the usual phone screen and had me go straight into a 1-hour one-on-one with the VP of Engineering. After that, I had another 45-minute chat with a project manager. They focused on my design process, asking how I approach my work and to showcase some projects.
