I went through all the typical interview questions. I also looked at the situational interview questions and learned how to answer questions that are relevant for me. I also learned what's the idea behind behavioral interview questions, so I'm prepared to answer whatever the HR manager throws at me.

The interview process is pretty laid back, they ask pretty normal off the book interview questions but then dive much deeper into what you really want to get out of the company. They are constantly looking for people to grow and to be teachable.

They tend to ghost candidates they don't select, and their communication is lacking, making you question how they treat clients. I noticed a team weakness by looking at other PMs on LinkedIn. The official job description was unclear, so expect a variety of questions. Their salary offerings are below average, though this might improve as they grow. The office lobby was dimly lit with a dark brown aesthetic. There was no receptionist; instead, there was a phone and a list of numbers to call. A small aquarium was there, and casually dressed employees rushed around without acknowledging anyone. During the interview, keep small talk to a minimum as they didn't seem very warm or social. I'm leaving this review because there's hardly any information about them on Glassdoor, and I want to share my experience.

It was thrown together and unengaging. I interviewed with three different people who seemed uncertain about the company themselves. One of them wouldn't be with the company for long afterwards, and another was transferred to another department.
