A lot of the management team comes from top consulting firms, so you'll need to be well-prepared for the final interviews because the standard is high. The hiring process was pretty long. The HR recruiter wasn't super organized and missed a couple of follow-ups she promised, but they were apparently in the middle of a big hiring push, so maybe that's why. She never actually closed the loop. It started with a phone screen with the recruiter, then a phone call with another Associate, and finally an in-person meeting with senior staff and two other Associates.

After I sent in my resume and cover letter online, they emailed me pretty quickly. They set up an interview and asked me to reserve an hour. They didn't mention what kind of interview it would be, like behavioral or a case study. I luckily prepared for both since I'd never done a case study before.
