Registered Nurse
I did a phone interview with HR first. Then I had a zoom interview with the team. Finally, I went in person to meet the unit manager.
- Are you comfortable managing other team members on the unit?
Study Start-Up Associate
It started with a recruiter phone call, and then a few days later I was invited for an in-person interview. Following that, they conducted a background check. The waiting time between the in-person interview and the background check felt quite long.
- Could you introduce yourself and explain your interest in this position?
Business Development
The whole interview process from start to finish was super organized and quick. Big thanks to a really great recruiter, Lana Vidal, who made it a good time. She was awesome at walking me through everything, sharing helpful info, and keeping me updated. This really made a difference. The whole thing felt structured, and it seemed like they respected my time and effort. It made a good impression, and I'm thankful to Lana for her amazing help. I'm stoked to join this company, and the smooth interview process is part of why. It feels like a good start to what I think will be a great time. Shoutout again to Lana and the whole CenExel crew for making it such a positive experience.
