First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cenero.
Sales Representative
The culture at Cenero seems laid back and welcoming; however, they were very misleading. They seem to interview people regardless of whether they're hiring. Don't take PTO to interview at this company.
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this role?
Sales Executive
Had 2 phone screenings and then 2 face to face meetings back to back in the office. Both interviewers were late and expected me to wait an extra 2 hours without telling me beforehand. Then one interviewer told me they already picked someone else and this interview was just to make it look like they considered me. The interviewers were rude and used bad language. Seriously don't bother with this company if you're a professional who values their time and can't afford to waste lunch or PTO for a company that lies and messes with you during hiring. Shame on Cenero for fostering a toxic culture.
- Why do you believe you are a strong candidate for this position?
- Given that I have a favored candidate, how would you convince me to choose you instead?
Technical Service Engineer
The interviewers were really friendly and we had a good laugh. HR was great too. I was a bit under the weather and lost my voice a few times during the conversation, but they were understanding about it.
- What do you see as the job outlook for this position in the short, medium, and long term?
- Can you share an instance of a particularly difficult challenge you've overcome?
- Describe a situation involving a challenging client.
