The interview process was pretty fair, with a mix of behavioral and experiential questions. The coolest part was a case study where I got to show off some on-the-job skills. The interviewers were really curious, genuine, and kept it conversational. The recruiter was also fair during negotiations and responses, and the whole thing wrapped up in just a couple of weeks.

I had an interview with HR, and it all went well. The next round was planned with the Hiring Manager, but it changed last minute. Then I was interviewed by another person from the team working in a similar position for the role advertised. Later I was informed that I was not going through the next round. When asked for more information, the HR person stated that the interview went well, but the role has changed, which doesn't make sense. I assume the person taking the interview was more junior and better to kill the competition than hiring a better candidate :D.
